Pellicano d’Oro is made up of two parts: "Beach" - the original, really cozy building, decorated in a classic Sardinian style and located directly on the beach, and "Garden" - a modern, recently finished, situated behind. With its contemporary design and modern architecture, the latter forms give an interesting contrast to the older property.
The house "Beach", in Sardinian style was completely renovated in 1999. Thirty-one rooms sparkle summery brightness with their beautiful, light country furniture. They are also pleasantly spacious and air-conditioned. They are situated on the grand floor or on the first floor. Lot of them offer a small terrace.
Forty rooms in the house "Garden" (new built in contemporary-style in 2006) in contrast to the rooms in the original
house, have been sophisticatly decorated in a trendy way. Lot of them feature
a small balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.
